Spirituality & The Internet

People often want a sense of community. Religion speaks to that. So does the internet.

After hanging out with Kevin B. last night I have been thinking a lot about community. And about the positive benefits of the internet. The ability to share, which is the goal of this blog, and find people who are interested. The ability to also produce at your own rate, and not have to worry as much about being at a certain place at a certain time. However, you remain social.

Also we talked about yoga. And healthy food eating discipline-- which involves always eating at home. Also it involves flax!
